Please note that the OGC Viewing area will be closing at 5:00pm over the holidays.

If your class either ends after 5:00pm or starts after 5:00pm the athletes will be let out or let in at the sliding glass doors at the front of the club.  The coaches will be there to supervise the comings and goings.

If for some reason you are late or need to pick your child up early please communicate this with your coach so that they can make arrangements to come up to the sliding glass doors.

If you have not coordinated this with the coach and the doors are closed please go around to the double doors at the back of the gym (in the corner by the trampolines and the tumbling lockers).  Bang loudly on the doors until someone lets you in.

Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause but we do not keep our cell phones on us while we are in the gym and we cannot hear the club phone when on the far side of the gym.

Also, if you will be away unexpectedly do send us a quick email to let us know.
